About accommodations

How much is the cancellation fee?

Please see the cancellation policy (terms and conditions).

Is WiFi available?

WiFi is available in the guest rooms. Please verify your password at the front desk.

Are there drinks in the refrigerator?

The refrigerator is empty so that our guests may use it freely; however, you are welcome to order drinks from the front, which we will deliver to your room.

Can I bring a baby with me?

We welcome babies.

Can I go to the parking lot in my setta (leather-soled sandals)?

Yes, you are welcome to go in your setta. We have also prepared geta at the entrance.

Can I drink the water in my room?

Our water is potable, so you can put your mind at ease.

Where are the bath towels?

Bath towels are readily available in each guest room.
If you wish to use the hot spring baths, please bring a towel from your room.

Where are the futon sheets?

There are in the closet of every room; however, the hotel will make the futon for you in the evening.

Do the guest rooms have hair dryers?

We have hair dryers available in every room.

Are there non-smoking rooms available?

The 1st floor and 2nd floor restaurant are non-smoking. Guests may smoke in the guest rooms. We can provide deodorizers.

Can I use credit cards or debit cards?

We accept debit, VISA, Master, JCB, Amex, and Diners club.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 10:00 AM.

About meals

Can the inn handle food allergies?

If you contact us in advance, we can.

Can the inn warm up baby food for me?

Yes, we will warm up baby food for you.

Until what time is breakfast?

Breakfast starts at 7:30, and we begin closing at 8:30.

Can I take my meal in the guest room?

In general, meals are had in the restaurant or the banquet hall.

Can I enter the hot springs while pregnant?

In general, yes.

About transportation

Is there a parking lot for cars? Does it cost money?

We offer free parking.

How should I go to Shachitei from Genjikoh?

Exit the foyer and head over via the Floating Bridge of Dreams.

Is there a shuttle bus service from the station?

There is a shuttle bus operating from Meitetsu Kowa Station. (Reservation required)

We can deliver an ice pail for ¥600 (tax not included).

Do you have tea service available?

We will prepare matcha tea and matcha snacks as your welcome drink. (Check-in is until 5:00 PM)

Can I wear my yukata throughout the hotel?

Yes, you may wear your yukata anywhere within the hotel.
